Chapter 2...

*Sorry it's late, Ive been completely busy since last weekend, Ive finally found some time... Btw, I typed this on my blogger app so there might be some errors :(

Nicki scruched up her face as she began to stretch her neck. She slept uncomfortably last night. She was exausted. Only getting around 5 hours of sleep didnt help either. Her eyes were low and red, her neck was hurting and so was her back. She had a slight headache.
Nicki placed her hand on her head hoping to calm the aching pain. She slowly made her way upstairs. Nicki stepped over a pile of clothes before stopping in her tracks. After rolling her eyes at the mess Mariah obviously didn't clean, she proceeded into the bathroom. Safaree lay heavily on her mind. But why? Nicki thought to herself as she took out the closed bottle of Advil. She took two out of the bottle, popped them into her mouth, and picked up her bathroom cup filled with water and swallowed the pills. Looking over at the clock that hung on the left wall of her bathroom, 9:45.

Sighing, Nicki took her hand from her forehead and turned on the shower and letting it warm up to her temperature. Once the water was set to the perfect heat, Nicki disrobed and stepped in.

Safaree struggled with the three suitcases as he carried them down the fight of stairs. Coming to the last step, Safaree noticed Leah wasn't home. Cameron was still asleep in his room so that gave Safaree a chance to pack. Safaree added one of his shirts into the already stuffed suitcase and closed it slowly and carefully, careful not to break the zipper.

"What are you doing?"

Safaree snapped his head around at the sound of her voice.
Leah walked into the living area, her heels clicking against the dark hardwood floors. Her hand sitting comfortably on her hips.

"What does it look like?"

Safaree snapped back. His eyes widened as he saw the small ass mini skirt she was wearing. She was actually parading around L.A in that.

"What are you wearing?"

"Clothes. You don't like it?" She asked.

She was beginning to act like she was looking for someone rather than spending time with her family. But Safaree knew not to ask, he knew the answer.

"No."

"Well.. I could care less if you like it or not..." She thought he was simply going away with Nicki. But that changed when she saw boxes of his belongings outside their bedroom door.

Leah raced back downstairs with the most serious look on her face. She was carrying on of the boxes.

"What is this?"

She held out the box so that he could see. He rolled his eyes.

"A box"

She huffed in frustration. She was getting frustrated with his dumb ass questions.

"I'm serious!"

"So am I"

Leah pushed Safaree away from tye suitcase.

"Are-Are you leaving me?"

She began to release a few tears. Even though she honestly didnt care, she needed him around.

Safaree sighed. This was hard for him, but the complete opposite for Leah.
He looked at her, he was starting to regret the whole thing. His love for her outweighed everything, but he needed the break badly.

"Just for a few days. I'll be back, I promise"

"Where are you going?"

Her answer walked through the door. Nicki ignored the look Leah was giving her and turned to Safaree.

"You ready to go?"

Leah looked at him. He looked between the both of them. They both ingaged in a heated stare down.

"Yeah..."

Safaree stood and grabbed his suitcase. He stood in front of Leah and kissed her cheek. Nicki followed Safaree upstairs.

"You got everything?"  He nodded as he picked up one of the three remaining boxes.

"Can you get Cameron for me?"

Nicki nodded and began to walk off then stopped when she heard Safaree's voice.

"Oh, and can you bring anything he might need?"

"Dont worry about that. Everything he needs is at my house."

Safaree smiled at her before walking past her so that he could put the suitcases and boxes in Nicki's car.

Nicki opened Cameron's door to see him sleeping peacefully in his crib. Nicki 'aww'd' at the sight.

Nicki swiftly walked over to the crib and picked up Cameron. He shifted a little but didnt wake.
Nicki softly rubbed his back as she walked her way doenstairs. She could hear Leah's squeaky voice from inside. She didnt want Cameron to see his parents arguing, so the best thing  was to get him into the car so that they could leave.

As the walked outside, Cameron babbled amd Nicki giggled as if they were holding a funny conversation.

"Where the hell are you going with my son?" asked an angered Leah.

I looked toward Safaree and he ran and took Cameron from me. I balled up my fist, but was interrupted by Safaree pulling ne to the side. He opened the passenger door and I got in. My breathing was off so I needed to calm down. Hearing Cameron giggle in the back made me smile, eventually my breathing returned to normal.

"C'mon Cam, come to me!"

Nicki encouraged as Cameron stood a few feet away from Nicki and Safaree who was sitting crissed-crossed on the plush, red carpet.

"No, Cam-Coon, come to daddy!"

I rolled my eyes.

"What the hell is a Cam-Coon?"

Safaree dramatically threw his hand over his mouth and pointed at me repeatidly as Cameron said 'Ooh'.

"Language."

Safaree stated as he clapped his hands while Cameron mimicked his motions.

"Shut up, Safaree!"

Nicki warned. She looked over at Cameron who was sitting in-between Safaree's legs as he played with one of his toy trucks.

"You cheated!"

"He likes me better!"

"Whatever!"

Nicki leaned on Safaree's shoulder. She took in the whole scene before her. As much as Nicki wished it was her family, she had no other choice but to live this life while she could. Nicki popped in Toy Story and cuddled into Safaree. He didn't move. Nicki smiled and sighed happily.

"Why the sigh?"

"I'm just happy, that's all"

Nicki closed her eyes until they all dozed off. Safaree on his back, Nicki on one arm and Cameron on the other. The perfect family picure!

(Its wayyyy short, and I hate the length of it. I'm hoping to post Wednesday. I'm getting a new phone hopefully Friday and I'm extremely excited, but I'm only 15...)
